The research aims to measure the maturity of Quick Response Manufacturing (QRM) system practices, at Emergence and Kurdistan Centers for Medical Rehabilitation and Limb Manufacturing in Al-Sulaymaniyah city. Its effectiveness for application and measurement in many fields, after its development to fit with the characteristics of the researched organizations and their production processes, and the measurement model "maturity network" consists of five levels, hybrid with a questionnaire to survey the opinions of the respondents from the managers and their assistants on the exclusive characteristics of (QRM) according to the Likert pentagon scale, and part Special for introducing organizations and their productive and technical characteristics, and the importance of research lies in the importance of using the model as a tool for self-evaluation and determining the degree of support required to increase rapid response practices and identify opportunities for further improvements. A set of results was reached, including: that the maturity levels of (QRM) in both cases were different, they are higher in emergence compared to Kurdistan and there is a lack of knowledge about the principles of (QRM), although they have been implementing it for a long time, And a set of recommendations were presented, including: the necessity of cooperation and coordination with academic organizations and research centers in the region in order to develop work in the field of artificial limb manufacturing and to go according to strategy according to a new vision towards smart manufacturing.
